In July 2025, President Trump published an admirable action plan to guide America's continuing global AI leadership. Unfortunately, the plan seems to neglect the most critical task... producing enough electricity in this decade.
Key Points:
The White House published America's AI Action Plan, in July 2025.
It is meant to layout the key steps necessary for the US ensure it's victory in the race for AI supremacy with China.
However, the plan tethers itself to expanding the US electric grid.
I believe adequate grid expansion is not possible in the timeframe required to win the AI race, which will likely be decided by 2028, when the US is widely expected to face a 44 Gigawatt electricity shortage.
The only solution to this problem appears to be off-grid Solar Computing Clusters, allowing the US electric grid to focus on existing electricity users.
US vs China In The Race For AI Supremacy
America's race with China for AI supremacy will almost certainly be decided by who can win the race for electricity production.
Unfortunately for the US, the White House has apparently tethered it's chances at victory to expanding the American electric grid. This feat is highly improbable, as I explain in my book.
See this...

For a variety of reasons, explained throughout this blog, and my book, the only solution to this electricity crisis appears to be modular, off-grid computing clusters.
This is why I invented and patented a modular Solar Computing Cluster, and founded www.639solar.com .
Solar Computing Clusters allow unlimited datacenter expansion, uninhibited by legacy grid and related supply-chain delays, which are significant and cause many projects to just get cancelled.
I invite Executive Director, Jarrod Agen, and the rest of the US Energy Dominance Council to reach out to me, and my team, to discuss what appears to be the only solution to this American crisis. Email me here, or connect with me on LinkedIn.
